Location: Westfield, IN
Job Type: Part-Time

Overview:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and shipping our handcrafted products. This role combines hands-on work with the use of multiple technology platforms to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive their items on time and in perfect condition.

Schedule:
Part-time starting mid-May.
Required availability: Monday-Friday mornings
Total daily hours of work vary based on quantity of fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use platforms like Shopify, Katana, and ShipStation to process orders.
• Pick and package items following detailed instructions.
• Ensure orders are secure, well-presented, and ready for shipment.
• Communicate with Customer Care and fulfillment teammates to resolve issues.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the fulfillment area.
