1. Fulfillment Associate
Location: Westfield, IN
Job Type: Part-Time
Overview:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packaging, and shipping our handcrafted products. This role combines hands-on work with the use of multiple technology platforms to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customers receive their items on time and in perfect condition.
Schedule:
Part-time starting mid-September.
Required availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings through May 2026.
Starting June 2026, the schedule may expand to Monday–Friday mornings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use platforms like Shopify, Katana, and ShipStation to process orders.
- Pick and package items following detailed instructions.
- Ensure orders are secure, well-presented, and ready for shipment.
- Communicate with Customer Care and fulfillment teammates to resolve issues.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the fulfillment area.

2. Assembly Associate
Location: Westfield, IN
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview:
As an Assembly Associate, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging our handcrafted products, including rosary kits, home altars, and crucifixes. This role involves handling component materials, creating subassemblies, and ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in line with our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble rosary kits and other products following detailed instructions.
- Handle small components with care to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Properly package finished products to ensure they are secure for shipping.
- Conduct visual inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

3. Rosary Maker
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time/Contract
Overview:
As a Rosary Maker, you will create handcrafted, high-quality rosaries with precision and care. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, committed to excellence, and can follow design specifications while ensuring timely production and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handcraft rosaries, ensuring quality and consistency across all pieces.
- Carefully work with beads, centerpieces, crucifixes, and other components.
- Adhere to provided instructions and design guidelines for each rosary model.
