The Assembly Associate is responsible for completing our assembly operations' assembly and packaging processes. This role involves handling and storing component materials, assembling rosary kits for rosary makers, and properly packaging finished wood products such as home altars and crucifixes. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and by quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly of Products
- Complete manufacturing orders (MO) based on assessing Katana and identifying available work.
- The MO’s will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating subassemblies from specified materials:
- Beads
- Centerpieces
- Crucifixes
- Caps
- Cord (Cut and packaged)
- Assemble rosary kits following detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Handle small components with care to ensure accuracy and consistency in assembly.
- Operate basic tools and equipment as needed to complete assembly tasks.
- Ensure materials are organized and readily available for assembly tasks.

2. Packaging of Finished Products
- Properly package finished wood products, such as home altars and crucifixes, to ensure they are secure and protected for shipping.
- Label and organize packaged products for inventory and shipment.

3. Rosary Making
- Assemble a complete standard or custom full-length or pocket rosary per Catholic Woodworker specifications.

4. Quality Control
- Conduct visual inspections of assembled and packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
