Where is my package?
All orders will receive a confirmation email and tracking email from us. If you can't find the email, search for care@catholicwoodworker.com. Still no luck? Contact us and we'll get you the info you need.
My order says Delivered, but I didn't receive it
This seems to happen most often with USPS, and can take up to 5 business days after the marked delivery date. We've had the most success calling the local post office and asking the branch directly for help. Usually your mail carrier made a mistake and can quickly address the issue.
My international order is lost
It can certainly feel like that at times! Be assured we've never lost a package, but we have experienced significant delays. For the latest updates, visit our Christmas Shipping Updates page.
Can I wear my Rosary?
Our collection of designer rosaries fall in the compact category. They measure 16–18 inches in length and are generally not large enough to wear. They are ideally suited for carrying in your pocket, purse, or bag.
