Shipping Policy

Disclosure

We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of package in transit to or from our location.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday). Custom rosaries are made to order and ship in 7-10 Business Days.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number is provided when order has been processed for shipping, not when the label is created. Within the US, USPS First Class typically takes 3-5 business days and UPS takes 2-4 business days. Packages under 1lb. in weight will automatically default to USPS, but for an extra $4 you may choose UPS. Packages that weigh more than 1lb. will be shipped through UPS.

US - Flat Shipping Rates

Orders < 1 lb: $4.95 (USPS)

Orders > 1 lb: $9.95 (UPS)

International - Shipping Rates and Fees

*NOTE* International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates: The are based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. You will have a chance to cancel your order before finalizing it.

Customs duties and import taxes: We are very excited to offer our customers up-front duties and taxes so that you know what the costs will be upfront. This means, if the shipped package contains products that qualify for your country's import taxes, you will be charged at checkout for these to your country's customs or tax department to receive the package.

 

Repairs, Returns and Exchanges

The spiritual life is a daily battle and with regular use it is expected to see some wear.  Rest assured that your rosary or other spiritual weapon will be repaired/replaced under conditions of normal wear and tear or if it is at the fault of manufacturing.  We offer a limited lifetime guarantee on all our product parts. If anything breaks, we’ll fix it or replace it.  

Cases where the lifetime warranty is voided are those that are at the responsibility of the consumer. These may include, but are not limited to, running product through washing machine or leaving product in the sun or water for an extended period of time.

Replacement Part or Repair a Rosary

Please email care@catholicwoodworker.com the following information to request a repair or replacement of parts.

We will respond accordingly based on the age, availability of parts, condition, and request for the rosary or product.

30-Day Returns

Standard Products:

You have 30 days from the time the item was received to contact us and send your item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will still be responsible for shipping costs to us. Please ship back product(s) in a padded envelope or box. Once we have received the item at our shop, you will receive a full refund for order. Please note this is only valid for items in new condition. Items will be inspected upon arrival at our shop for evaluation. We can only refund the value of the product(s) purchased, not shipping.

Customized Products:

You have 30 days from the time the item was received to contact us and send your item. You will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% and will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received the item at our shop, you will receive an 85% refund on your order. Please note this is only valid for items in new condition. Items will be inspected upon arrival at our shop for evaluation. We can only refund the value of the product(s) purchased, not shipping.

 

90-Day Exchange

Standard Products:

If your item is in new condition, you may exchange for a different size, design, or color within 90 days of receiving the item. We will have you place a new order for the item desired as we cannot retroactively edit orders once fulfilled. You will be responsible for paying for the exchanged/new item in full. When we receive your returned item at our shop, we will issue a full refund for the item and up to $4.95 in shipping costs. You will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Customized Products:

You have 90 days from the time the item was received to contact us and send your item. You will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% and will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received the item at our shop, you will receive an 85% refund on your order. Please note this is only valid for items in new condition. Items will be inspected upon arrival at our shop for evaluation.
