The Rosary Maker creates handcrafted high-quality rosaries with precision, care, and consistency. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, committed to excellence, and can follow design specifications while ensuring timely production and packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handcraft Rosaries: Assemble rosaries with precision, ensuring quality and consistency across all pieces.
  • Material Handling: Carefully work with beads, centerpieces, crucifixes, and other components to create durable and beautiful rosaries.
  • Follow Design Specifications: Adhere to provided instructions and design guidelines for each rosary model.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished rosaries to maintain high standards and address any defects before packaging.
  • Packaging & Shipment Preparation: Properly package completed rosaries and prepare them for shipment to our warehouse.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with the Rosary Maker Coordinator to report progress, receive feedback, and ensure alignment with production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A heart for the Catholic faith and an appreciation for sacred traditions. Familiarity with Catholic devotional items (rosaries, crucifixes, medals) is beneficial but not required.
  • Craftsmanship skills or experience working with beads, knots, or other similar crafts
  • Capacity to follow instructions and replicate designs accurately.
  • Someone who is eager to grow and receptive to feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A desire to be part of a faith-centered work environment
  • Previous experience in jewelry-making, beadwork, or similar handcrafts is a plus.
  • Someone who can make 40+ rosaries each month, reliably
