A little smaller than what I anticipated from the images, but the prayer card is beautiful, the wooden alter is great, and the crucifix looks good with everything together. I got it as a gift for which I haven't given yet, but I am sure he will appreciate it.

Gorgeously made, brilliantly designed

I just received this wooden home altar - St. Francis design with the card of Mary Queen of Heaven and remain so impressed by its beauty. To begin, the concept is brilliantly conceived, as I am able to pray along with our Holy Mother with the words on the sturdy, well-made prayer card while gazing at the incredible Italian crucifix with the St. Benedict medal. The decision to pair the wooden altar with a high-quality Italian handmade crucifix is excellent and much appreciated. And then, the woodwork! Everything fits perfectly on the altar, the color of the wood is gorgeous, the quality excellent, the shape beautifully crafted, and it is even engraved on the bottom with the Catholic Woodworker, a fantastic touch that I appreciated. I remain stunned that such a well-made product is at such an affordable price. I would highly recommend and in fact bought two, one for myself and one for my girlfriend!
