Maria has been very helpful with my query and despite the few back and forth regarding the order and how to fix my issue, managed to get to a satisfying resolution. What I also truly appreciated was to get the same person from start to finish (and it lasted for a bit) versus many companies now when you start with someone, get your query handed over to someone else etc.. here it really felt it was handled with care and kindness and this makes a noticeable difference.
