I haven’t received it.

I know for a fact that the quality of the rosary made by The Catholic Woodworker is great. The problem that am facing is that it’s been 10 days and I haven’t received it. I don’t know if the USPS lost it or what. USPS is Not trustworthy when it comes to shipping alternative.

On behalf of USPS, I sincerely apologize for the delay with your order. As of today, the 19th, your package was updated in the system and is currently in transit from Missouri. This means it’s not lost, but unfortunately, USPS is experiencing significant delays this holiday season.

While I believe USPS is doing their best, I hope they’ll be better prepared for future holiday seasons. We also appreciate your suggestion to change shipping services. In case you’re not aware, we do offer a second option at checkout—UPS—which we’ve found to be more reliable for an additional charge of around $5 or so.

If there’s no movement on your package within the next three days, please don’t hesitate to reach out by replying to this message, and I’ll do my best to assist further.
