The Fulfillment Associate plays a vital role in bringing our mission to life by ensuring our handcrafted products are carefully picked, packaged, and shipped to our customers with precision and care. You’ll work with a team that values attention to detail, clear communication, and a heart for service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on tasks and using technology to solve problems.

Schedule Details:

  • Part-time position starting mid-September.
  • Required availability: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings through May 2026.
  • Starting June 2026, the schedule will have the opportunity to expand to Monday–Friday mornings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use multiple technology platforms (Shopify, Katana, ShipStation, etc.) to pick, verify, and ship orders accurately.
  • Follow detailed step-by-step processes to package customer orders, ensuring presentation and protection.
  • Monitor for and report any issues with inventory, order discrepancies, or shipping delays.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Care team and other fulfillment staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment processing.
  • Support restocking and organizing the fulfillment area to maintain efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve problems and improve workflows.
