Where is My Package?
All orders will receive a confirmation email + tracking email from us. If you can't find the email, search for care@catholicwoodworker.com. Still no luck? Contact us and we'll get you the info you need.
My Order says Delivered, but I didn't receive it...
This seems to happen most often with USPS, and can take up to 5 business days AFTER to get delivered. We've had the most success calling the local post office and asking the branch directly for help. Usually your mail carrier made a mistake, and can quickly address the issue.
My International Order is lost...
It can certainly feel like that at times. Be assured we've never lost a package, but we have experienced significant delays at times.

Can I wear my Rosary?
Our collection of designer rosaries fall in the compact category. They measure 16-18" in length, and are generally not large enough to wear. They are ideally suited for carrying in your pocket, purse, or bag. If you are looking for a wearable wood rosary, you can request one using the custom rosary designer.
