Each wood home altar is made by hand by our friends in Brazil using beautiful and unique pieces of Imbuia wood with space for a St. Benedict crucifix and stunning original illustrated prayer card designs by Chris @barituscatholic. The Crucifixes are lovingly designed and assembled by talented Italian craftsmen. Sanctify your desk, dorm room, or any other small space.

    Beautifully made. The crucifix feels solid and well-made, and fits perfectly into the base. The prayer cards I bought with it are also stunning. I’m glad I got the extras, as each one is so unique and beautiful!

    Recommendations: Different holy cards. I don’t like the design of the ones you use, but I can easily replace them with one to my liking.

    I bought the home altar for my desk; so, when I am working I can be reminded to thank God for all my blessings. It’s well made and they paid attention to detail. This is the second home altar I’ve bought from the Catholic Woodworker.
